acro & tumbling

Acrobatics involves intricate, controlled movements that often combine balance, strength, and flexibility. This can include partner work, such as lifting and balancing, or tumblindividual feats like handstands and contortion. Acrobatics is about precision and coordination, using both body mechanics and partner support to perform lifts, poses, and sequences.

Tumbling focuses on floor-based acrobatic movements, including flips, rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and various other dynamic, high-energy skills. It emphasizes speed, power, and fluidity of movement. Tumblers build strength, flexibility, and control while working on form and technique for fast, explosive actions.

  • To develop a strong foundation in forward/back-rolling, bridge, inversions such as headstand and handstands as well as elementary body positioning. Large emphasis on body control and balance.  

    Recommended for ages 6-8yrs.

  • Level 1 - To develop a strong foundation in forward/back-rolling, bridge, inversions such as headstand and handstands as well as elementary body positioning. Ideal for 9-12 years old.

    Level 2 - Includes intermediate level handstands, needles, walkovers, tinsica variations, handsprings, aerials, basic tumbling and partner tricks. Suitable for 9yrs. and up, based on skill level & experience.

    Level 3 -Geared towards students who already have a repertoire of advanced tricks and are familiar with executing with proper form. Students will be able to try more difficult and high-level tricks in this class. Suitable for 12yrs. and up, based on skill level and experience.

  • It’s never too late to learn to flip, roll, and move with confidence! Adult Tumbling: Beginner Basics is designed for adults with little to no tumbling experience who want to build strength, coordination, and foundational acrobatic skills in a safe, supportive environment.

    You'll learn key techniques like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and basic progressions for more dynamic movements—all while improving mobility, body control, and overall fitness. Perfect for adults new to tumbling or returning after a long break—no experience needed!

calisthenic training

Calisthenics is bodyweight training that builds real strength, control, and endurance using movements like push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and core work. It doesn’t require machines or heavy equipment—just your body, space to move, and consistency. Calisthenics improves functional fitness, mobility, and coordination, making everyday movement easier and more efficient. It’s scalable for all levels, from total beginners to advanced athletes, and can be done anywhere.

In this class, we will focus on refining your foundational skills, building strength and flexibility, and learning more advanced spins, transitions, and poses.
