    Looking to advance in front aerial skills? Come and learn technique with progressions through levels of difficulty, starting with foundational movements like handstands, bridges to front walkovers and gradually building up to the full front aerials.

    Students MUST HAVE a consistent side aerial and solid front walkover.

  • Intro To Pole Fitness

    $25 for AMPlify Member / $30 for Non-Member

    12:00-1:00PM Saturday, May 10th

    This workshop offers an introduction to the fundamentals of pole dancing, designed specifically for beginners. Whether you’re new to fitness or have limited upper body strength, this workshop provides the support & guidance needed to develop your skills, strength and confidence from the ground up!
